Responsibilities
Facilitating live virtual workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, managing transitions, monitoring pacing, and maintaining group momentum
Driving student participation using chat engagement, verbal recognition, proactive nudges, and one-on-one check-ins
Ensuring students remain engaged, confident, and socially connected throughout the learning day
Providing logistical and operational support to lead educators to maintain session continuity and flow
Serving as a reliable, steady presence within student clubs and life-skills programming
Qualification
Required
Available to begin on August 1, 2026
Minimum of 3 years of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth programs
Educational experience within U.S., Canadian, or U.K. school systems (K–16); must have attended school in one of these countries
Excellent communication abilities and confidence navigating digital platforms
Student-centered, energizing presence with sharp attention to detail and seamless facilitation of transitions
Able to commit to full-time hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm U.S. Mountain Time (UTC-7)
Open to working in a hybrid capacity in Arizona
