Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and integration of embedded firmware and hardware-software solutions across multiple product platforms
Drive projects from concept through production release
Coordinate cross-functional teams including hardware engineering, QA, manufacturing, and product management
Work across multiple operating environments, development toolchains, and programming languages
Maintain high standards for reliability, performance, and maintainability
Mentor junior engineers while guiding project execution
