Prints Health Plan claims and supporting documentation from Brightree and MedTrac. Including “on-hold” claims
Verifies claim accuracy on all required fields
Verifies all supporting documentation (invoice, LOA, POD, etc.) matches the items billed on claim
Scans claim and supporting documentation into a designated shared file
Mails out claim and supporting documentation to appropriate health plan
Sort and distribute department mail daily
