Responsibilities
Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
Creating individualized motivational sessions that resonate with students and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
Evaluating student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and identify actionable trends
Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI-powered literacy platforms
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to students in early elementary grades
Demonstrated ability to evaluate reading proficiency, organize student groups, and craft differentiated instruction independent of pre-existing curricula
Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interaction patterns
Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
Available to work on-site at one of our locations: Palo Alto, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Chicago, IL; New York City, NY; Chantilly (Washington), VA
