Akkodis is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Engineer to join a Tier 2 support team and provide broad infrastructure support with a strong emphasis on network troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will act as a jack-of-all-trades across infrastructure, delivering hands-on support in networking, end-user computing, server patching, and general systems administration.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 infrastructure support with a strong emphasis on network troubleshooting, including routers, switches, and firewalls
Troubleshoot and support Fortinet firewalls (experience preferred but not required)
Deliver excellent customer service when assisting non-technical field employees
Support desktop imaging and end-user compute functions as needed
Assist with A/V equipment support (preferred but not required)
Collaborate with other infrastructure team members to ensure smooth operations across network, server, and end-user environments

Required

Experience in Tier 2 infrastructure support
