Responsibilities

Prepare, review and print documents for court
Review and process documents returning from courts and servers
Store and pull warrants to go to court
Filing, scanning and organize paperwork
Process incoming mail
Resolve issues with filings
Perform other job-related duties and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to produce high-volume results and meet daily goals
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate with peers
Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
Openness to learning new things and responding positively to feedback
Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office a plus

Preferred

Experience in a related field (office administration, paralegal)
