Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site personnel and public responders when required
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards
Control access to restricted areas, monitor visitor and vendor entry, verify identification, and document access activity per site requirements
Carry and handle assigned firearm and related equipment in accordance with Allied Universal post orders, licensing requirements, and training, including completing required reports and logs
Qualification
Required
Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit
Have 1+ Years' Law Enforcement Experience OR 2+ Years' Security Supervisor/Manager Experience OR 3+ Years' Security Experience
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Participate in industry-specific security training programs
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Preferred
CPR Certification is preferred
Armed Guard Card/License is preferred
