Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
Develop, implement, and maintain data models, reporting systems, and dashboards to monitor performance metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and provide analytical support for projects
Translate business needs into technical solutions, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency through rigorous validation and quality control processes
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices in data analysis
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques to enhance analytical capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
5+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar analytical role
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning concepts
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences
Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is highly desirable
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying business challenges
