Responsibilities
Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
Crafting personalized motivational experiences that engage children and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
Evaluating student performance data to iteratively improve instruction and identify actionable trends
Working alongside the technology team to assess and refine AI-based literacy platforms
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, or equivalent
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
Capable of assessing reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre-written materials
Experienced with AI or adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student interactions within these systems
Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
Available to work on-site at one of these campuses: Palo Alto, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Chicago, IL; New York City, NY; Chantilly (Washington), VA
