Responsibilities
Lead regional Master Production Planning for MDC orders and project portfolios
Present risks, scenarios, and recommendations in SIOP Executive Reviews
Analyze regional loading/mix to identify bottlenecks and drive actions such as overtime, outsourcing, capacity shifts, or supplier alternatives
Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Program Management, and Finance
Ensure engineering readiness (BOMs, configurations) aligns with supply chain needs
Use digital planning tools (Kinaxis, Symmetry, SE Advantage) to track KPIs: OTD, lead time, forecast accuracy, supplier delivery, capacity utilization, inventory turns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
5+ years in supply chain, operations planning, or SIOP leadership
Experience with long‑lead, complex, engineered‑to‑order environments
Strong ERP/MRP and analytics capabilities
Executive‑level communication and ability to influence across teams
Preferred
Background in data centers, modular manufacturing, power systems, or industrial equipment
APICS CPIM/CSCP certification
Experience in supplier capacity planning, configurator tools, or engineering change processes
Master's degree (MBA, Engineering, Supply Chain)
