Learning & Development Specialist

Responsibilities

Design and develop innovative learning materials, including eLearning modules, videos, facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments
Facilitate engaging instructor‑led and virtual training programs that support employee development and performance
Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to build effective and engaging learning experiences aligned with business outcomes
Conduct needs assessments, task analyses, and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives
Maintain content libraries, version control, and documentation for all training materials
Partner with SMEs and leaders to conduct needs analysis and validate learning objectives
Stay current with industry standards, learning technologies, and best practices to enhance learning offerings
Support training‑related projects and initiatives as required

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, including instructional design and training facilitation
Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective training programs
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Successful track record in a dynamic, fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment
Strong creative thinking and problem‑solving skills
Experience supporting new or enhanced product launches within a technology organization
Proven ability to effectively communicate with leaders at all levels
Ability to balance strategic initiatives with day‑to‑day deliverables
Design and develop innovative learning materials, including eLearning modules, videos, facilitator guides, job aids, and assessments
Facilitate engaging instructor‑led and virtual training programs that support employee development and performance
Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to build effective and engaging learning experiences aligned with business outcomes
Knowledge of training strategies and principles, including adult learning theories
Conduct needs assessments, task analyses, and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives
Maintain content libraries, version control, and documentation for all training materials
Partner with SMEs and leaders to conduct needs analysis and validate learning objectives
Stay current with industry standards, learning technologies, and best practices to enhance learning offerings
Support training‑related projects and initiatives as required

Preferred

Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning technologies
Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise)
Proficiency with Camtasia for multimedia development
Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel)
Experience working with multimedia training methods and platforms
Salesforce or case management knowledge/experience
Experience in virtual Contact Center, Customer Service, or Support environments
Experience in tech, insurance, or business consulting environments
Experience with Synthesia, Asana, Zoom, Confluence, and Jira is preferred
