Responsibilities

Positions parts in specified relationship to each other
Bolts, screws, clips, cements, or otherwise fastens parts together
Works at bench as member of assembly group assembling one or two specific parts and passing unit to another worker
Loads and unloads previously setup machines such as arbor presses, drill presses, taps, spot-welding machines, riveting machines, milling machines, or broaches, to perform fastening, force fitting, or light metal cutting operation on assembly line
Works at different work stations as production needs require or shifts from one station to another to reduce fatigue factor
Other duties may be assigned

Required

Able to work 2nd shift hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM; may be asked to work overtime and possible weekends
High School Graduate or GED
1+ years of assembly experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
Stand on concrete for 8-10 hours
Must possess the ability to use tools and equipment that are needed to perform the assembly operations in an industrial setting
Must have good listening and communication skills
Able to work well with others to be a good team player
