Responsibilities
Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Informatica PowerCenter environments
Assess and support Informatica upgrades, mappings, workflows, and ETL processes
Create, schedule, and manage batch jobs using Control-M or equivalent
Identify and resolve system outages and application issues in Java-based applications hosted on AWS
Configure and support JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, and Red Hat Fuse
Monitor and analyze application and system logs using Splunk
Manage SSL certificates, PGP keys, and security configurations
Support Jenkins-based automation for builds and deployments
Perform patching, performance tuning, backups, and capacity planning
Support releases and ensure adherence to change management and PMO standards
Work with JIRA Service Desk to manage incidents and change requests
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on Informatica PowerCenter operations and administration
3+ years of experience as a Batch Operator using Control-M or equivalent
2+ years of experience working with PostgreSQL or equivalent databases
Experience in healthcare, health insurance marketplace, or health & human services environments
Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, batches, and system integrations
Solid understanding of SQL and database functions
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams
Preferred
5+ years supporting operations of complex enterprise systems
Experience troubleshooting JBoss/Tomcat applications in AWS
Experience with Splunk, Jenkins, SSL certificates, and EDI operations
Knowledge of Java runtime concepts (heap memory, thread dumps, garbage collection)
Familiarity with PMO processes and enterprise change control
