Responsibilities

Work with our Partnerships team to oversee and assist on high-profile migrations of email lists from external newsletter sites to Substack

Managing step-by-step creator processes and solving issues as they arise to create a seamless transition for writers and creators joining Substack

Lead and co-lead information sessions for Bestsellers and VIP users, answering technical and product questions

Be a resource for Substack best practices, account setup, and issue resolution

Partner with internal teams (Partnerships, Communications, Product, Leadership) to support launches, initiatives, and broader platform goals
