Front Office Operations & Client Service Manager
Roberts, Ring & Fischer Wealth Management is looking for an experienced Front Office Operations & Client Service Manager to join our close-knit team. This role serves as a key liaison between advisors, administrative staff, and clients, ensuring requests move smoothly from intake to completion with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Lead front office operations and ensure seamless workflow across teams
Communicate confidently with clients and advisors, resolving issues with professionalism
Manage administrative pipelines and prioritize multiple responsibilities
Train and support front desk & administrative staff
Assist with client events, community engagement, and light marketing work
Qualification
Required
2–3+ years in client-facing administrative or office management
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Excellent communicator who enjoys teamwork
Preferred
Series 7, Series 63, or insurance licenses are a plus but not required
