Responsibilities
Acting as a central liaison for families, students, and faculty, providing transparent, prompt, and polished communication
Overseeing campus security functions, including entry protocols, medical responses, emergency procedures, record-keeping, and family notifications
Directing daily site operations including attendance tracking, facility management, transit logistics, and front-office functions
Facilitating onboarding and orientation for incoming staff to ensure seamless operational integration
Administering student technology and campus devices, functioning as the on-site technical resource and Google Administrator
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
A minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative coordination, facility management, campus operations, or comparable operational functions
Proficiency with fundamental technology support, hardware administration, and user account management
Effective communication capabilities with the capacity to interact professionally with families, colleagues, students, and external partners
Capability to balance competing demands while sustaining precision and thoroughness
Commitment to on-site work in Chantilly, VA
Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
