Responsibilities

Ability to think and act strategically to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and oral presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Proven ability to successfully collaborate in a complex, cross-functional organizational model
Professional demeanor appropriate for key customer interactions, including interaction at the customer’s senior level
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Relevant professional experience leading company-wide, large-scale organizational change management and communications projects. Global project experience preferred
Experience leading change management tasks on acquisition integrations
Experience with and trained on change management and communications methodologies. Experience with Prosci ADKAR model, LaMarsh, or similar desired
Proven ability to work with different stakeholders and teams in a global, multi-site organization
Experience interacting with senior leadership, such as business unit vice presidents. Experience interacting with C-suite executives a plus
Work independently with little or no supervision

Required

Minimum Education: BA/BS from an accredited college or university
Master's degree preferred. Commensurate experience accepted
Minimum Work Experience (years): 12 years
