Responsibilities
Carry out production, inspection, packaging, and machine operation duties
Set up CNC machinery and monitor production processes
Make necessary adjustments to machinery during operation
Conduct quality spot checks at scheduled intervals
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Perform tasks as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to read and use digital micrometers and digital calipers accurately
Basic understanding of blueprint reading and technical drawings
Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to safely perform physical tasks and operate machinery
Ability to clean and maintain an organized work area
Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English
Must reside within a commutable distance to the facility. Relocation support not offered
Preferred
Associate degree in a technical field preferred
Prior experience operating manual lathes or mills
Familiarity with G-code and M-code
Experience with CNC machinery and precision machining
CNC Operator: 2 years (Preferred)
CNC Machinist: 2 years (Preferred)
