Responsibilities

Lead or co-lead executive conversations and workshops with CIOs, CDOs, COOs, business P&L owners, and functional leaders on AI strategy
Develop enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps that link cases, data, platforms, and operating models to measurable business outcomes (revenue, cost, risk, experience)
Design and run AI maturity assessments / diagnostics to benchmark current state and define target state
Act as the central orchestrator for AI solutioning between client stakeholders and BlueVerse product, engineering, and delivery teams
Translate business priorities into structured AI use-case backlogs and high-level designs (agents, data sources, RAG patterns, integration points, guardrails)
Develop 'from strategy to system' narratives that show how AI strategies will be implemented on BlueVerse Foundry and AI Agents
Ensure solution constructs are platform-led, reusable, and scalable, not one-off point solutions
Own research streams on AI trends for industries (e.g., BFS & Insurance, Retail/CPG & Hi-Tech)
Produce compelling, evidence-based points of view (POVs) on AI topics (e.g., GenAI-native operating models, AI in operations, AI for customer & risk)
Convert market intelligence, analyst reports, and client learnings into BlueVerse-branded frameworks, playbooks, and executive ready content
Support marketing and leadership with content for events, panels, publications, and campaigns
Build bottom-up business cases and financial models for AI programs, including value levels (productivity, revenue uplift, loss reduction, cycle time reduction, NPS, etc.) and cost/investment (platform, services, change management, operating costs)
Link design choices to P&L and balance sheet impact, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
Partner with sales and account leadership to shape commercial structures (e.g., pod pricing, consumption models, outcome based constructions where appropriate)
Help clients prepare internal investment cases and board-ready materials to secure AI funding
Serve as the AI strategy, solution, and value owner in large pursuits and co-selling motions with partners
Develop deal storylines, executive summaries, and pitch narratives that are differentiated and simple to grasp
Create reusable proposal components (problem framing, approach, benefits, case studies, playbooks) that can be adapted across opportunities
Enable sales, account, and delivery teams to carry the BlueVerse AI narrative into their client conversations
Help codify 'how we do AI strategy at BlueVerse' – frameworks, templates, tools, and standards
Mentor junior consultants and solution strategists in structured problem solving, storylining, and financial modelling
Work closely with BlueVerse leadership to continuously refine our AI GTM narrative in response to market evolution and client feedback

Required

8–12 years of total experience, with at least 7–9 years in client-facing strategy / advisory roles
Proven track record of leading workstreams or small teams on CXO-facing strategy or transformation projects
Demonstrated involvement in AI, analytics, or digital transformation programs (not purely operational cost reduction)
Evidence of authored material (POVs, whitepapers, executive decks, internal IP) on technology, AI, data, or digital topics
Strong structured problem-solving skills (hypothesis-driven, MECE)
Excellent storylining and communication – able to structure and deliver clear, concise narratives for CXO audiences
Workshop design and facilitation skills for executive sessions and cross-functional working groups
Ability to manage senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational dynamics
Solid conceptual understanding of LLMs, RAG, agents, copilots, orchestration patterns and their enterprise applications
Understanding data platforms, APIs, and integration patterns at a solution-concept level
Ability to act as a bridge between business and technical teams, maintaining credibility with both
Strong proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets for building multiyear financial models, ROI analyses, and business cases
Ability to translate operational metrics into financial impact and clearly articulate underlying assumptions
High ownership, curiosity, and learning agility in a fast-moving AI landscape
Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration in early-stage and large-deal environments
Collaborative, low-ego, and oriented towards shared success with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams
Willingness to travel 30%-50% (as needed) for client meetings, workshops, executive sessions, and internal collaboration
