Responsibilities
Support the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise software applications
Analyze user and system requirements
Implement scalable solutions
Ensure applications align with current architectural standards while supporting future enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
5+ years of professional software development experience
Hands-on experience developing applications using Java and Spring Boot
Experience building front-end applications using React
Working knowledge of RESTful web services and APIs
Object-oriented programming and design principles
Service-oriented or microservices-based architectures
Experience across the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and support
Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or equivalent) and ORM frameworks such as JPA/Hibernate
Ability to collaborate effectively within a development team and communicate technical issues clearly
Must be able to obtain a VA Medium-Background Investigation clearance
Preferred
Containerized application development using Docker and exposure to Kubernetes or OpenShift
CI/CD tools and pipelines such as Jenkins
BPM or workflow tools such as Camunda
Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms
