Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and status reporting
Provide strategic planning and executive facilitation, including leadership workshops, decision forums, and sponsor alignment
Develop and execute change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder impact and readiness assessments
Create, develop, and deliver communication materials, including executive presentations, messaging, and end-user communications
Design, develop, and facilitate training materials and programs, including decks, job aids, guides, digital and asynchronous learning, live and/or virtual training sessions
Drive hands-on implementation of project plans, change activities, communications, and training, ensuring alignment with milestones and measurable adoption outcomes
Qualification
Required
7+ years experience in project management, with direct ownership of delivery outcomes
Demonstrated experience in data governance, change management, communications, and training design and facilitation
Digital and asynchronous learning development experience using Storyboard, Rise, and Camtasia
Prosci Certified Change Practitioner® (or equivalent, recognized change management certification) required
Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills across executive and frontline audiences
Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Hands-on project and change management experience delivering large-scale enterprise initiatives, such as Salesforce implementations, sales process and pricing changes, data management and governance programs, and industrial or environmental transformations
Professional, executive level presence and the ability to work on video for meetings, workshops and training facilitation
