Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and management of work plans and schedules
Schedule meetings, create agendas, and take notes with after action plans
Plan for off site reviews with creative leaders and vendors
Prepare presentations in PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote that will be shared with other team members, executive leadership, the media, or the public
Work with collaborating artists to ensure installation is on track
Evaluate staffing plans to make sure the right people are in the right place at the right time
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Enrolled at a LA-based college or university
Live within commuting distance of Los Angeles for the internship time period
Discretion. Many of our projects are still a secret
Commitment and self-directed initiative
Availability for the entire Internship duration from June 8th-August 14th, 2026
This is a part-time position, to be within the hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. PT Monday through Friday
