Responsibilities

Assist with talent management activities including performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives
Support business unit HRBPs with talent review processes and related deliverables
Participate in talent discussions and strategic workforce planning sessions
Develop HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision making
Conduct analysis on workforce trends and provide insights to HRBPs and business leaders
Create visualizations and presentations that communicate HR data effectively
Participate in ongoing HRBP initiatives and special projects
Contribute to employee relations, engagement, and organizational effectiveness work
Conduct research and analysis to support business partnering priorities

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adapts quickly to change
Works independently and seeks guidance when needed
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Professional maturity, sound judgment, and genuine interest in HR and talent management
Onsite position in Omaha, NE with some limited hybrid work capabilities

Preferred

Coursework in HR, organizational behavior, statistics, or data analysis
Previous internship or work experience in HR, business, or analytics
Familiarity with HRIS or enterprise systems
Understanding of employment law and HR compliance basics
