Typing various correspondence, reports, articles
Greeting and directing visitors
Answering telephones, taking messages, directing intercom pages
Scheduling appointments/meetings
Maintaining department/office files, record keeping, patient record filing
Taking meeting minutes
Collecting payments
Keeping inventory and ordering supplies for the department/office
