Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with patient advocacy groups, caregivers, and trial participants to inform protocol design and communication strategies
Serve as a strategic advisor to study teams, providing insights into patient needs, site expectations, and regional healthcare dynamics
Lead initiatives to integrate patient engagement into trial planning, recruitment, and retention strategies
Represent CSL in external forums to advocate for patient- and site-centric approaches in clinical research
In collaboration with Site Engagement Leads develop and implement engagement strategies that foster long-term partnerships with clinical trial sites and healthcare institutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs and external partners to align engagement efforts with portfolio goals
Monitor and analyze trends in site satisfaction and patient engagement to inform continuous improvement

Qualification

Clinical research experiencePatient engagementDrug development processICH guidelines/GCPLife Sciences degree

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences
10+ years' relevant clinical research experience within the pharmaceutical industry
A solid understanding of the drug development process, and specifically, each step within the clinical trial process
Experience in site and patient engagement
Thorough knowledge of ICH guidelines/GCP and its applicability to all stages of the clinical development process
