Software Engineer II

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven features across the supply chain
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows
Build and maintain robust, scalable AI services and inference pipelines
Test, document, and implement prompt engineering strategies for GenAI and RAG applications
Participate in proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and contribute to internal AI best practices and tools
Maintain and extend reusable agents for seamless AI integrations
Contribute to AI documentation and knowledge sharing across engineering teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
2+ years of experience in software engineering
Experience building solutions with one or more of the following AI/ML concepts: inference/embedding models, agents, RAG, model distillation, vector search
Proficient in one of the following languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go
Familiarity with AWS Bedrock or GCP Vertex AI platforms
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Willingness to learn rapidly in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior experience in the media industry is a plus
