Executive Assistant
Skanska is searching for a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Executive Vice President and the real estate development team. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and involves managing calendars, coordinating travel, and assisting with client and team communications.

Helping maintain client relationships
Supporting real estate–related tasks such as contract and insurance certificate management
Working collaboratively with other Skanska units across various markets
Engaging with CDUS teams to help enhance business performance
Qualification
Required
3+ years of relevant administrative experience
3+ years proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all interactions
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities independently
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred
Familiarity with real estate or development processes is strongly preferred
