Responsibilities
Create a robust tool for monitoring team deliverables, supporting business needs, and meeting user requirements
Work closely with other developers, testers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand the software landscape and software support resources
Create thorough documentation for the operation of the monitoring software
Analyze technical challenges facing the team and propose innovative solutions
Customer orientated with the drive to develop customer-focused solutions
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead projects to implement solutions
Lead and support efforts to foster an inclusive and welcoming workplace culture where everyone belongs
Qualification
Required
Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program or higher from an accredited college/university OR have recently graduated within 1 year of the position start date (May/June)
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Python knowledge required
Experience with Visual Management or User Interface creation required
Strong oral and written communication skills
Solid organizational skills and creative mindset
Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team
Ability to work in an environment of ambiguity and ongoing change
