Responsibilities
Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program
Oversees all aspects of projects/program
Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program
Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Performs a variety of tasks
Leads and directs the work of others
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department
Qualification
Required
May require a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area and/or Military experience is nice to have; Increasing level of responsibility in mechanical construction, progression in rank
7-10 years of experience (with electrical and mechanical experiences)
Advance project management credentials, like PMP
Work on scheduling or MS project
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Timeliness of information delivery, demonstrate solving problems, and no escalation, quickly understands complex situations, and able to reduce complex problems as summary analysis and suggested solution
