Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining the operating rhythm playbook
Support program management for business reviews, key meetings, and forums
Help prepare executive communications for strategic planning and business reviews
Manage seating assignments at headquarters and ensure functionality of communal workspaces
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key programs (such as NCG onboarding and Business Continuity) and contribute to project deliverables

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with 2-4 years of experience

Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management skills
