BizTalk – Technical Support Analyst
STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a hands-on BizTalk Technical Support Analyst to support and own a legacy middleware environment built on Microsoft BizTalk and .NET technologies. The role involves providing production support, incident management, and gradually expanding into next-generation integration technologies such as Dell Boomi.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical owner for Microsoft BizTalk and .NET (PEEF) platforms
Provide day-to-day production support, incident management, and troubleshooting
Perform minor BizTalk configuration updates (schemas, maps, ports, adapters)
Partner with architecture and migration teams as a legacy systems SME
Identify components suitable for migration to the Boomi platform
Learn and support the Dell Boomi integration platform over time
Create and maintain runbooks, support documentation, and operational procedures
Ensure system stability, availability, and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server (administration and development)
Solid experience with the Microsoft stack, including .NET and SQL Server
Background supporting production middleware systems in stable, low-change environments
Excellent troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as a technical subject matter expert
Strong documentation and process ownership skills
Preferred
Experience with Dell Boomi or similar integration platforms
Enterprise middleware or system integration support experience
