Responsibilities
Coaching and developing a team of Guides to deliver the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
Building Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, the design of engaging learning experiences, and strategies for overcoming obstacles
Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and outcomes
Personally mentoring a select group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas
Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions
Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with a history of building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams
Background working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Expertise in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement
Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA or Spotswood, NJ
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
