They are seeking a creative and technical Learning Content Developer to author micro-learning courses into a proprietary LMS, blending instructional design principles with strong front-end development skills.

Responsibilities
Develop and customize interactive eLearning content using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within LMS integrations
Collaborate with Instructional Designers to translate storyboards into functioning, engaging web-based learning assets
Extend the capabilities of standard authoring tools using custom code
Ensure all content is mobile-responsive and meets accessibility standards
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within a learning context
Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Storyline, Rise, Lectora, or similar)
Portfolio demonstrating custom-coded interactive learning solutions
Preferred
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration or debugging
Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Cloud) are a plus
Familiarity with UI/UX principles for education
