Client Experience & Onboarding Specialist

Trucordia is a fast-growing PEO company seeking a Client Experience & Onboarding Specialist to enhance client and employee interactions. The role involves managing onboarding processes, providing support for payroll inquiries, and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

Serve as a first point of contact for clients, employees, and visitors via phone, email, and in person
Provide professional, timely, and courteous support to client and employee inquiries
Build and maintain positive relationships by delivering a high level of service and responsiveness
Assist clients and employees with general questions related to onboarding, payroll processes, and documentation
Coordinate and manage new hire onboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of all required documentation
Assist employees with completion of I-9, W-4, and other federal, state, and company-specific forms
Verify documentation for accuracy and completeness in compliance with federal and state regulations
Enter and maintain new hire data within payroll and HR systems
Track onboarding status and follow up as needed to ensure deadlines are met
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries appropriately
Maintain organized electronic and physical records with strict attention to confidentiality
Assist with general administrative tasks such as document preparation, scanning, filing, and data entry
Support internal teams with onboarding-related coordination and communication
Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows and client experience
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of onboarding requirements, policies, and procedures

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
