Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve IT issues effectively

Strong knowledge of Operating Systems and their configurations
Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students while communicating technical information clearly
Preferred
Previous experience in an educational environment is a plus
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications) are beneficial
