Responsibilities
Develop serverless agentic architectures and AI features on AWS using Bedrock AgentCore components to enable scalable multi‑agent systems
Implement A2A/MCP servers and integrate workflows with Bedrock Agents and Converse APIs for end‑to‑end automation
Orchestrate multi‑agent plans with Strands Agents and deploy workloads to EKS or Lambda for production execution
Instrument agents with metrics, spans, and traces using CloudWatch to ensure observability and audit readiness
Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and UX teams to deliver robust, production‑ready agentic AI solutions
Align AI development efforts with organizational roadmaps by driving initiatives that produce measurable impact
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related technical field
5-7 Years of experience required
Required strong experience with LLMs, including fine‑tuning, evaluation, and prompt engineering
Required hands‑on proficiency with agent frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, LangChain Agents, or CrewAI
