Construction Compliance Intern
Clinton Management is part of The Douglaston Companies, a group focused on multifamily housing development in NYC. They are seeking a Construction Compliance Intern to support compliance tasks and contribute to various projects while gaining insights into the industry.

Responsibilities
Support the organization and maintenance of compliance electronic files, including daily logs, certified payrolls, and Subcontractor documentation
Collect and review daily sign-in/out logs; assist in cross-referencing with payroll records to confirm compliance with required wage and benefit standards
Help prepare weekly and monthly reports by maintaining tracking logs using Excel and internal compliance software
Assist with various compliance-related projects and participate in labor standards training sessions
Update and maintain spreadsheets and data for compliance tracking purposes
Submit all requirements while adhering to deadlines as contractually obligated
Work closely with the compliance team to fulfill reporting obligations to various agencies
Perform various administrative tasks and additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (liberal arts, labor relations, public policy, arts & sciences, or related fields)
Interest in real estate, property development, construction, and/or compliance
Self-starter with good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a team
Authorized to work in the United States
