Manager, Manufacturing Engineering

They are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team of manufacturing engineers and interns, focusing on process excellence and continuous improvement within their Module Manufacturing Operation.

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing manufacturing engineering team
Oversee process development, tooling, documentation, and engineering support for assembly & test operations
Drive lean initiatives including visual factory, standard work, and waste reduction
Partner with operations, quality, and planning to set priorities and ensure production readiness
Communicate engineering risks, factory status, and improvement opportunities to leadership
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
5+ years in electronics manufacturing; engineering leadership experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and team leadership skills
Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; SAP experience a plus
Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance; US Citizenship (required)
Preferred

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Shingo, or similar systems preferred
