Responsibilities
Architect, design and build scalable, flexible, and integrated solutions for our Sales, Marketing, and operations teams in partnership with other technology partners/teams/leaders within/external the Amazon Shipping organization
Work closely with product/program managers to define the problem and provide solution using Salesforce and native AWS services to automate, optimize, Sales and Marketing workflows
Simplify and reinvent systems, processes, and tools to improve Sales experiences
Collaborate with tech leaders and jointly define strategy, vision, and roadmap of multi-year business critical cloud technology solution which will be rolled out to Amazon Shipping commercial teams
Define technical initiatives to drive cost optimization across various CRM, and AWS environments, bring thought leadership to manage availability, latency and performance of our mission critical tools and services
Develop Solutions: Manage configuration/coding of new and existing Salesforce features, including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, flows, and other 3rd party applications
Qualification
Required
Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure
Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
Experience with Linux/Unix
Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Experience defining sales tech requirements for a CRM such as Salesforce
3+ years of Salesforce development experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch apex and Salesforce APIs at a large organization
Preferred
Experience with distributed systems at scale
Experience building services using AWS products
5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
Experience in Redshift, or experience in Database like NoSQL and experience in SQL Server/MySQL
AWS Associate level certification, or 5+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect or equivalent experience
