Responsibilities

Manage complex program life-cycles that impact manufacturing operations, including indirect material management, inventory optimization, and production planning by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable results
Perform data analysis on Manufacturing Execution System (MES) productivity and compliance, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvements that enhance operational efficiency
Lead GEMBA walks with customers and stakeholders to identify pain points, gather requirements, and implement solutions that address production challenges
Coordinate and optimize end-user workflows for SAP/MES systems, providing systematic troubleshooting and resolving inventory or material shortage issues
Drive process improvement projects that enhance operational excellence, working with engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams to implement sustainable solutions

Qualification

Required

3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
Bachelors Degree in related field
