Responsibilities

Reporting and Analytics for HR Data i.e. Census Reports, Employee Roster, Turnover Report, Promotion Report
Knowledgeable with data management (Internal HR and external HR partners (Finance & IT)
HR Dashboarding
Data Quality- Audits
Federal, state and HR reporting (Compliance)
Maintaining reports and dashboards
Managing North America HR data- data management

Required

3–5 years of experience working with Workday, with a focus on HR reporting, dashboards, or analytics
Hands-on experience creating and maintaining reports and visualizations for business users
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to clearly communicate data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
Experience with additional HR systems & Data Analytic tools such as Quantum Workplace, Qlik, MAXQDA, Tableau or similar tools
Exposure to data visualization best practices and storytelling concepts
Workday Reporting or Pro Certification (or progress toward certification)
Prior experience supporting HR, People Analytics, or Talent-related functions
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and data analysis), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Team oriented: strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders
Knowledgeable with data management (Internal Hr and external Hr partners (Finance & IT)
Federal, state and HR reporting (Compliance)
HR Dashboarding: Talent Acquisition, HRBP, L&D, Total Rewards
Data Quality- Audits

Preferred

Workday certification is a plus
Pharma and/or Biotech industry experience a plus
