Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities

Supporting and contributing to the development and improvement of quality systems and processes. Ensuring all practices comply with FDA, DEA, and other relevant regulatory bodies
Performing manual in-process tests, room and packaging line clearances, daily calibration verifications, and all other duties as per current SOPs
Sampling raw materials, packaging components, and test products
Assisting in QA Audits, investigations and resolving quality issues, including non-conformances, complaints, and deviations
Reviewing documentation, performing risk assessments, and handling electronic change controls
Creating and maintaining batch production records and logs
Utilizing analytical skills to ensure products meet cGMP guidelines, regulatory and quality standards on a day-to-day basis

Required

Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field is required
Understanding of FDA regulations, GMPs, and ISO standards
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong computer proficiency in the use of the MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Ability to exert up to ten (10) pounds of force occasionally, and/or a minimal amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects

Preferred

Advanced degree and 1-year experience in an FDA regulated industry is preferred
