Develop, review, and maintain PowerOns and batch jobs
Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions and fulfill departmental requests
Diagnose and resolve application and data issues across core and online banking platforms
Support product development by testing and validating new system releases, updates, and feature enhancements
Identify opportunities to improve departmental processes, enhancing efficiency, reliability, and digital engagement
Effectively communicate system issues to relevant vendors, employees, and internal departments
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of the financial services or credit union industry
Familiarity with Jack Henry solutions or similar platforms, including knowledge of application features and functions
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with other departments
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
