Responsibilities
Establish and Monitor Quality Systems: Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) to monitor and manage vendor performance, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with contractual terms
Analyze and Report Vendor Performance: Publish monthly performance reports and Executive Dashboards, providing analysis and subject matter expertise to inform decision-making
Lead Performance Reviews and Corrective Actions: Conduct monthly performance meetings with suppliers to discuss gaps, establish corrective action plans, and monitor progress
Collaborate with Sourcing and Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sourcing leads and cross-functional teams to ensure performance measures align with supplier contracts and support organizational goals
Provide Problem-Solving and Strategic Insights: Identify and escalate critical performance issues, provide solutions to complex problems, and contribute to the development of organizational goals and objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
5+ years of related experience
Certification is required in some areas
This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted
