Senior Solutions Engineer, HubSpot RevOps Consulting (Remote, Full Customer Lifecycle)
Pave Talent is hiring on behalf of a Diamond-tier HubSpot Solutions Partner specializing in revenue operations and CRM implementation. The role involves leading client engagements, conducting workshops, and architecting customer lifecycle solutions while managing multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities
Lead 2-hour client workshops starting from a blank page, guiding executive stakeholders through business process discovery and solution design
Map processes live in Lucidchart (or similar) during client sessions
Architect HubSpot solutions spanning the full customer lifecycle: pre-sales, sales handoff, onboarding, and customer success
Manage 10+ active client accounts simultaneously
Hand off scoped work to the implementation team with clear documentation and briefs
Quality check delivered work before it goes back to the client
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and account strategists to keep engagements on time and within scope
Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience across multiple hubs (Sales, Service, Marketing, Ops)
Proven ability to lead client-facing workshops and guide executive stakeholders to decisions
Experience with live process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Miro, or similar)
Understanding of the full buyer's journey and customer lifecycle, not limited to marketing ops
Track record of managing multiple concurrent client engagements
Strong delegation skills. You hand off work effectively, not hold it close
Preferred
Agency or consulting background (HubSpot partner agency preferred)
Clay, Apollo, or GTM data enrichment tool experience
Familiarity with n8n or workflow automation platforms
HubSpot certifications across multiple hubs
