Stoughton Trailers, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join their team. The successful candidate will support the manufacturing engineering team in the design and development of new manufacturing processes and improvement of existing ones, offering a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry.

Transportation

Responsibilities

Assist in the design and development of new manufacturing processes and improvement of existing ones

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that manufacturing processes meet customer requirements and are cost-effective

Conduct process and product analysis to identify areas for improvement

Participate in process optimization and improvement initiatives

Support the implementation of process improvements, including documenting processes and procedures

Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of components and equipment

Qualification

Required

Internship program for Senior candidates of a bachelor's degree

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to support projects at rapid pace in administrative and manufacturing environments

Creative thinking and collaborative approach on all fronts of the organization
