CRM Receptionist
Foundation Software is a perennial top-workplace award winner in northeast Ohio, seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to join their friendly and talented team. The Receptionist will be the first voice and face of the company, handling incoming calls and various administrative tasks in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
Receive a high volume of incoming calls from clients and vendors
Active phone time will be 80-90%, drawing calls from the CRM cue
Route all telephone calls according to established protocols
Determine needs of clients and direct call to appropriate department/person
Create service-request tickets for client users of our software
Administer all aspects of mail and shipping functions
Greet guests and visitors
Adhere to the company security and visitor policy
Various clerical duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to use a CRM and dual monitor system
Exceptional telephone skills including active listening, verbal communication, and empathy
Ability to multi-task between telephone and personal communication tasks
Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
Salesforce experience
Basic keyboard and 10-key skills
Accounting/Payroll Software knowledge a plus
Genesys VOID knowledge, Teams experience
