Responsibilities
Administers or assists residents in self-administering medications and treatments
Measures vital signs and weight; and performs other health services tasks
Communicates with physicians, implements physician orders, and reports and documents pertinent information
Works closely with home health, hospice, and pharmacy services
Diligently processing paperwork and administering meds/treatments
Be able to work as a team throughout department
Qualification
Required
18 years of age or older
Previous experience with Medication Administration required
Previous experience assisting with ADL's
Knowledge of medical terminology
Ability to pass criminal background and pre-employment drug test
Genuine love for seniors and a willingness to learn
