Responsibilities

Provide methodical, adaptable, and effective project management support to assigned projects and operations to ensure successful delivery of outcomes
Coordinating with diverse stakeholders to develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Applying detail-oriented and adaptable project management methodologies to ensure effective execution across all phases of the project lifecycle
Monitoring progress against goals, proactively identifying risks, and coordinating with project teams to implement mitigation strategies
Managing diverse groups of stakeholders to ensure effective communication, alignment, collaboration, and satisfaction across all project lifecycle phases
Ensuring documentation, reporting, and governance standards are met
Driving alignment between project or operational objectives and organizational strategy
Leading post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future projects
Adapt project management approaches to meet the needs of the project or operational area assigned and to align with and satisfy stakeholders
Utilize and champion the organization’s program management tools to enhance transparency, efficiency, and accountability
Support the Lead Program Manager in providing expert consultation to other teams and colleagues on program management tools, processes, and methodologies
Collaborate with fellow Program Managers to ensure consistent tools, processes, methodologies and outcomes, and to identify opportunities to align work products
Assist with the development and monitoring of annual and long-term team goals and success metrics

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred
Training in project management and/or process improvement methodologies preferred, such as Agile or hybrid project management, Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC, etc
3-5 years of experience managing programs or projects, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or an industry association
Experience achieving objectives through close collaboration with subject matter experts, internal and external stakeholders, organizational leaders, and peers
Experience planning and tracking work using project management software, such as Asana
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders effectively; instruct, influence, and motivate peers and leaders; resolve conflict; and navigate complex dynamics
Experience planning and facilitating meetings and group work in a highly collaborative, interdependent environment
Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail required to manage work simultaneously on a variety of programs with varying deadlines and program responsibilities
Excellent oral & written communication skills; able to communicate effectively with organization leadership, health center staff, clinicians, community leaders, and government officials
Must be flexible, self-motivated and a team-player

Preferred

Preference given to candidates with experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and/or Rural Health Centers (RHCs) or direct experience with Medicaid population
