FWS Student Assistant

They are seeking a FWS Student Assistant who will be responsible for collecting data from campus buildings, performing physical inventory, and conducting time studies to analyze data using Excel.

Responsibilities
Physical inventory of buildings and custodial closets
Collect data and take pictures of supplies and equipment
Perform calculations concerning square footage and labor resource allocation using the data collected or provided
Analyze the data by using formulas in Excel
Moving and/or relocating custodial supplies and equipment
Conduct time study by shadowing current staff per service provided
Will prepare the necessary paperwork for regular company procedures
General office work, i.e., filing, processing, etc
Project work will consist of office and fieldwork
Qualification
Required
Applicant must have a current 2025-2026 Federal Work Study (FWS) award to be considered for this position
Applicants are asked to demonstrate proof of their FWS award by printing their 'Award Offer' screen from Student Self-Service
Must be able to lift or move up to 75 lbs
Preferred
Experience working with MS Office, including Excel, and use of general office equipment
A valid Florida Driver's License is needed
